Aurelia Metals is committed to protecting the health and safety of everyone in our workplace. This extends to our contractor workforce.
Contractors working at Aurelia’s sites are now required to register and maintain their employee’s competency requirements using an online Workforce Management System. This system will also allow single platform access to Aurelia’s online training courses.
Pegasus Workforce has been selected as Aurelia’s Workforce Management System. The system is managed on behalf of Aurelia Metals by Avetta / Pegasus, workforce management software and safety experts.
HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORK?
Implementation of the Pegasus system will occur in two phases:
- Phase 1 will focus on contractor registration and is expected to commence on 1 March 2023
- Phase 2 will address Company compliance and access control at a later date.
Contractors will be registered by their employer in the Aurelia Metals Workforce Management system.
The below process is completed in an online portal:
- Create a business account in the Workforce Management system.
- Create profiles for your contractors who work for Aurelia Metals.
- Select the role/s they perform for Aurelia Metals at/on a specific project or site.
- Upload their qualifications and competencies (licences, tickets).
- Complete online inductions before attending site.
This information is verified by Avetta / Pegasus safety specialists. Compliant and inducted contractors are issued with access ID cards linked to their online profile.
